During WorldDendro2010 meeting in Rovaniemi,
Dendrokronologiska Sällskapet (Dendrochronological Society) was re-established! The aim of the The Sällskapet is to support a wide range of dendrochronological research and teaching activities focused on Nordic countries. Ass. Prof. Hans Linderholm was selected as Society's President.
